摘要
International Project Finance Association (IPFA) are launching a series of linked discussions on Africa to focus on these issues and find solutions. There are no global solutions. However, there are lots of innovative companies (be they banks, accountants, institutional investors or lawyers) who are putting together financial structures to provide individual solutions to project issues on a country by country basis. Until we develop global PPP models, this is how it will remain. However, we can study how issues are being tackled differently in other countries and adopt best practice through knowledge transfer.
Developing global best practice and designing optimal solutions through transfer of knowledge and expertise are the key objectives of IPFA.
