More than 430,000 patients currently receive chronic maintenance dialysis in the USA. Opportunities for clinicians to remain up-to-date on optimal clinical practice with both a text reference and online format provides important value. In particular, the online format allows up-to-the-minute information to supplement evidence-based and comprehensive clinical practice options in one unique resource written by authorities on each of the subjects. Sections of the book will provide cross transferable knowledge on a variety of necessary and important topics.
