Qatar will remain politically stable in 2015-19 under the rule of the youthful emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.
There will be little vocal opposition, as Qataris will continue to benefit from the country's huge hydrocarbons wealth. However, the new government may attempt to restrain current spending in light of lower oil and gas prices.
