Plunging oil prices will push consumer price growth down to 0.9% this year. In 2016-19 it will pick up to average 1.6% per year, as the economy strengthens.
The current-account surplus is estimated to have Men to the equivalent of 1% of GDP in 2014. We see it rising in 2015 thanks to lower oil prices, before gradually felling to 0.7% by 2019 owing to waning export competitiveness.
