Justice，will continue to dominate Eritrean politics．Discontent within the
military will present a modest threat to Mr Isaias‘s rule．
A steady stream of Eritreans will continue to flee the country and UN
Security Council sanctions on Eritrea，imposed in 2009 and 2011 in response
to the country。S role in destabilising the region，are likely to remain in place．
