A contraction in investment and slower private consumption growth will cut GDP growth to 2% in 2014, but stimulus policies and better external demand will lead to a recovery and average growth of 3.9% in 2015-19.
After averaging more than 4% in 2014, annual inflation will return to within the 2-4% official target range in 2015-19, as the generally conservative monetary policies of the Central Bank will limit price pressures.
