After a sharp fell to 3.9% in 2014, GDP growth will pick up gradually iii 2015-19, underpinned by ambitious infrastructure projects and rising coppe output. But a failure to address structural constraints poses downside risks.
We expect the public finances, bolstered by a series of fiscal responsibility measures, to be prudently managed, leading to a further reduction in the/ public debt/GDP ratio to just 13.4% of GDP in 2019.
