Headline consumer price inflation is forecast to average only 1% in 2015, reflecting the deflationary impact of lower oil prices, but should then accelerate to 1.6% in 2016.
The current-account surplus will rise steadily during the forecast period to reach the equivalent of 5.5% of GDP in 2019, mainly reflecting the merchandise trade account returning to surplus in 2017-19.
