Saudi Arabia's fiscal outlook has deteriorated, following a downward revision
to our oil price forecasts. We envisage that the fiscal account will move into
deficit in 2015, with the deficit widening thereafter to 4.9% of GDP in 2016-19.
We have lowered Saudi Arabia's real GDP growth forecast, in line with a downward revision to our oil production projections. With fiscal policy also Jess expansionary, we now forecast that growth will average 3.7% in 2015-19.
