前言

Strategic Directions International, Inc. (SDi) is the leading international management-consulting firm in the highly specialized field of analytical instruments. The SDi client list includes virtually every major analytical instrumentation company in the United States, Europe and Japan.
In order to bring our clients a fresh, sophisticated view of the life science and analytical instrument industry, SDi publishes a series of Market Analyses and Perspectives (MAP) reports, which provide subscribers with an unusually detailed and concise global perspective in markets, products, competition, and technical developments for specific segments of the industry. Senior consultants and a team of expert market researchers assemble the information contained in a MAP report. The data is continually updated and cross-checked through a variety of sources for accuracy and reliability.
In addition to the MAP reports, SDi offers a wide range of support and services to clients who wish to consult on a private basis. Strategy-oriented services include acquisition and divestiture support for specific activities or as part of an organized longer-term program, diversification measures and opportunity analyses for profitable growth, business-adequacy assessment and remedial programs, strategy development and implementation, and post acquisition/divestment support.
SDi also offers a full range of sales and marketing support services in our selected business concentrations using in-house resources such as our extensive database, library collections, and experienced interviewing team. Other services include operational support, specialty business expertise, international support, and human resource services.
