India will remain broadly stable at the equivalent of 4．1％of GDP in 2015， below the average of 6．5％of GDP forecast for the Asia and Australasia region． Increases in personal income。govemment healthcare outlays and private domestic investment，combined with higher life expectancy,will push up healthcare spending per head to US$123 in 2019，despite strong growth in the population．
