Mobile-phone penetration will continue to grow, albeit at slower rates than in the past. The ratio of pre-paid subscriptions as a share of the total is easing as more users switch to post-paid subscriptions, which grew by 17% year on year in January 2014. However, pre-paid subscriptions account for 78% of the total.
