Mobile-phone and Intemet services will continue to grow rapidly during the forecast period. As a result of better and cheaper connectivity and the government's deregulating and liberalising the sector,The Economist expects demand for technology and telecoms services to continue to rise． However,as in many high-growth sectors。supply-side constraints continue to limit demand．From 2009 economic and security problems severely curtailed investment．Despite a recovery in investment in 2013 and，more notably,2014， a shortage of available capital from public and private sources will remain an impediment to progress．
