Norway is not a member of OPEC, but has occasionally followed invitations to reduce production, although less so in recent years.
The relative share of petroleum products in the energy mix will decline slightly over the forecast period, partly as a result of the gradual phasing-in of more fuel-efficient vehicles and rising amounts of biofuels in transport.
