We have revised down our tin price forecast for 2022 and 2023 to USD31,650/tonne and USD33,000/tonne, from USD42,000/tonne and USD38,000/tonne respectively, following a significant drop in prices over late Q222 and early Q322.
While supply has remained fairly consistent, the demand outlook has fallen substantially on weakening macroeconomic fundamentals, a stronger US dollar, and high levels of global inflation.
